If you want to change, you have to change what you do.

We live in a changing world. Whether you want to change the way you look, the way you feel, etc. If you don’t like where you are – try something new!

If you love where you are and how you feel, you can still try something new —> Maybe you will feel even better than before!

In workouts and in life one thing will never change: nothing stays the same.

It’s always a good idea to change the style of your workouts to confuse your body. Our bodies remember things and if we keep doing the same workouts we will eventually hit a plateau. Here is a sample workout week that will confuse the body and keep your body guessing (and progressing).

Monday: Lower Body Day

Tuesday: Cardio Conditioning Day/Abs

Wednesday: Upper  Body

Thursday: Recovery/Yoga Day

Friday: Full Body HIIT Day

Saturday: Cardio/Abs Day

Sunday: REST
